We’re Hiring!

Are you passionate about Jesus, love investing in the next generation, and want to help students discover and thrive in a lifelong relationship with Him?

Peoples Church is looking for a Pastor of Next Gen to lead and grow our ministry to middle school, high school, college students, and young adults. We're looking for more than someone to run programs. We want a pastor who loves people, builds meaningful relationships, develops leaders, teaches God's Word, and creates an environment where the next generation can belong, grow in their faith, and live out their calling in God's Kingdom.

At Peoples, ministry is built on a foundation of missional, relational discipleship. We believe following Jesus is about more than attending church. it's about becoming more like Him and helping others do the same. Our Next Gen Pastor will play a vital role in shaping that culture among our students and young adults while serving alongside our pastoral team.

Peoples Church is located in downtown Pinckney, Michigan, about 15 miles north of Ann Arbor and within commuting distance of Detroit, Lansing, and the greater Southeast Michigan area. We are affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) and have strong ties with the Move Discipleship Network.

This is a full-time, salaried pastoral position offering competitive compensation, a strong benefits package, and the opportunity to invest deeply in the lives of the next generation.

Think this might be a fit? We'd love to hear from you!
